- Strategischer Bereichsaufbau: Sie konzipieren und leiten den organisatorischen, fachlichen sowie personellen Aufbau des neuen Bereichs Automation
- Technologie-Roadmap: Sie erarbeiten die kurz- und langfristige Bereichsstrategie und Technologie-Roadmap für Automation und Prozesslösungen (z. B. Robotik, Handlingsysteme, Bildverarbeitung, KI)
- Führung & Entwicklung: Sie übernehmen die disziplinarische und fachliche Leitung des Teams, inklusive Kapazitätsplanung und Kompetenzentwicklung
- Kundenorientierte Projektleitung: Von der Analyse der Lastenhefte bis zur weltweiten Inbetriebnahme leiten Sie komplexe Kundenprojekte und erstellen technische Lösungskonzepte
- Wettbewerbsfähigkeit & Standardisierung: Sie stellen die Marktfähigkeit durch Technologie-Benchmarking sicher und forcieren die Modularisierung von Automationskomponenten

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Ausbildung: Sie haben Ihr Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich abgeschlossen (idealerweise Master, Dipl. Ing.)
- Qualifikation: Sie verfügen über fundierte Erfahrung in der disziplinarischen und fachlichen Führung von Teams
- Projektmanagement: Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Automations- und Anlagenprojekte und steuern diese strukturiert, zielorientiert und unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualität
- Expertise: Tiefgehende Fachkenntnisse in den Bereichen Automationslösungen, Robotik, Handlings- und Inspektionssysteme sind für Sie selbstverständlich
- Arbeitsweise: Sie zeichnen sich durch eine starke Orientierung am Kunden, am Markt und an der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit technischer Lösungen aus
- Kompetenz: Erfahrung in der Erstellung technischer Lösungskonzepte und im direkten Austausch mit internationalen Partnern

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
