Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die fristgerechte Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB sowie IFRS und sichern damit die finanzielle Berichterstattung.
- Sie steuern die gesamte operative Buchhaltung – von der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung bis zur Anlagenbuchhaltung – und nutzen dafür SAP Business One.
- Sie stellen die korrekte Abwicklung und Abstimmung der Intercompany-Verrechnungen sicher und agieren als Ansprechpartner für verbundene Unternehmen.
- Sie gestalten aktiv die Optimierung und Digitalisierung unserer Finanzprozesse mit und unterstützen bei der Implementierung neuer Systemlösungen.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit externen Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprüfern bereiten Sie Prüfungen vor und klären komplexe buchhalterische Sachverhalte.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit fachbezogener Weiterbildung, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie bringen mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit, vorzugsweise im Industrieumfeld.
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit internationalen Rechnungslegungsstandards (IFRS).
- Ihre Deutschkenntnisse sind auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (C1).
- Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Erfahrung mit SAP Business One und bringen gute Englischkenntnisse mit – beides ist aber kein Muss.
- Sie überzeugen durch Ihre analytische, präzise Arbeitsweise sowie Ihre Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
