Was erwartet Dich?
- Du verantwortest die gesamte Zollabwicklung für den reibungslosen, internationalen Warenverkehr und stellst die Einhaltung aller Vorschriften sicher
- Du steuerst und überwachst alle zollrelevanten Prozesse, insbesondere die Bestandsführung im Zolllager mithilfe der Software Atlas
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson agierst Du souverän im Austausch mit Zollämtern, Spediteuren sowie internen Abteilungen und koordinierst alle Vorgänge
- Du führst die Tarifierung von Waren durch, prüfst Sanktionslisten und bist für die Pflege sowie Überwachung der zollamtlichen Bewilligungen zuständig
- Du entwickelst die internen Zollrichtlinien kontinuierlich weiter, erstellst Arbeitsanweisungen und schulst Deine Kolleg:innen, um das Know-how im Unternehmen zu sichern

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. im Bereich Spedition, Logistik oder Groß- und Außenhandel
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der operativen Zollabwicklung mit (z. B. Zolllager, Versandverfahren, freier Verkehr)
- Im Umgang mit der Zollsoftware ATLAS bist Du routiniert und sicher
- Du überzeugst durch eine selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und bringst gute Englischkenntnisse mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
