Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst, prüfst und versendest Rechnungen an Kund:innen
- Du führst selbständig die Mandanten-Buchhaltung von UG‘s in SAGE 100 durch, inklusive Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
- Du buchst täglich die Bank und überwachst die Kassenbuchungen
- Du führst monatliche Sachkontenabstimmungen durch und erstellst Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
- Du bereitest die Jahresabschlüsse vor und erstellst eine BWA
- Du kümmerst dich um den Zahlungsverkehr mit Bankvollmachten und pflegst regelmäßigen, persönlichen Kontakt mit unseren Kund:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Buchhaltung oder im kaufmännischen Bereich
- Du bringst erste Erfahrungen in den genannten Aufgabenbereichen mit
- Du arbeitest routiniert mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen und hast bereits mit einem ERP-System gearbeitet
- Du hast eine empathisch offene Art, ein Herz für die Dienstleistung und arbeitest sehr zuverlässig
- Du besitzt eine rasche Auffassungsgabe und eine selbstständige, proaktive Arbeitsweise

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
