Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen eigenverantwortlich die Finanzbuchhaltung durch
- Sie begleiten eng die Jahresabschlusserstellung nach HGB
- Sie sind die Ansprechperson für Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen und Steuerberater:innen im Rahmen der Abschlussprüfung
- Sie stellen ordnungsgemäße Buchungsprozesse und Kontenabstimmungen sicher
- Sie managen die Schnittstellen zum ERP-System mit besonderem Fokus auf die Lager- und Produktionsbuchhaltung
- Sie bilden buchhalterisch aktivierte Eigenleistungen und projektbezogene Bestände ab und unterstützen bei der Weiterentwicklung der Finanzprozesse und Systeme

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder Betriebswirtschaft
- Sie haben idealerweise eine Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen eines produzierenden Unternehmens
- Sie haben Erfahrung mit Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen, idealerweise mit Bezug zur Produktions- und Lagerbuchhaltung
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert und analytisch
- Sie sind kommunikationsstark im Austausch mit Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen und internen Fachbereichen und haben solide Grundkenntnisse in Englisch

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
