Als Manager Product and Alliance Management (m/w/d) gestaltest du Struktur, Governance sowie die Weiterentwicklung unseres Lösungs‑ und Partnerportfolios und schaffst damit Stabilität und Skalierbarkeit für die Zukunft von Advanced UniByte.
Was erwartet dich?
- In enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung verantwortest du die strategische Ausrichtung unseres Lösungsportfolios und steuerst dessen operativen Lebenszyklus sowie die Wirtschaftlichkeit.
- Basierend auf Marktanalysen und in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb entwickelst du eine zukunftsfähige Portfoliostrategie, um unser Angebot klar am Markt zu positionieren.
- Du identifizierst strategische Partner, baust eine stabile Allianz-Landschaft auf und entwickelst diese aktiv weiter, um unser gemeinsames Wachstum zu beschleunigen.
- Du verhandelst und gestaltest Verträge mit Lieferanten und Partnern, überwachst deren Performance und optimierst Konditionen, um eine effiziente Zusammenarbeit sicherzustellen.
- Du schaffst klare Rahmenbedingungen, indem du effiziente Governance-Strukturen und Prozesse für das gesamte Produkt- und Allianzmanagement etablierst und optimierst.
- Als Führungskraft förderst und entwickelst du dein Team, setzt klare Ziele und schaffst ein Umfeld, in dem alle ihr volles Potenzial entfalten können.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. im Bereich Wirtschaft oder IT, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produkt-, Portfolio- oder Partnermanagement mit.
- Du konntest bereits erste Führungserfahrung sammeln und hast die Ambition, ein Team fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln.
- Es fällt dir leicht, komplexe Partner- und Lieferantenlandschaften zu analysieren, zu strukturieren und strategisch zu steuern.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
