Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die komplette Arbeitsvorbereitung und die fachgerechte Einrichtung Ihrer Baustellen im anspruchsvollen Erd- und Grundbau.
- Sie führen Ihr Baustellenteam, koordinieren den Personaleinsatz und steuern die Disposition von Geräten und Material direkt vor Ort.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauleitung setzen Sie die Baupläne in die Tat um, überwachen den Baufortschritt und sichern die Einhaltung des Bausolls.
- Sie stellen die hohe Qualität der Bauausführung durch laufende Kontrollen sicher und verantworten die lückenlose Dokumentation im Bautagesbericht.
- Als Vorbild für Ihr Team gewährleisten Sie die konsequente Umsetzung aller Sicherheits- und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben Ihre Weiterbildung zum geprüften Polier (m/w/d) im Hoch- oder Tiefbau erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Polier im Straßen- und Tiefbau mit und haben bereits Projekte ab einer Größenordnung von 1 Mio. Euro eigenverantwortlich betreut.
- Mit Ihrem fundierten Wissen über Bauprozesse, Vorschriften und Qualitätsstandards sorgen Sie für reibungslose Abläufe auf der Baustelle.
- Als geborenes Organisationstalent mit Führungsstärke und klarer Kommunikation motivieren Sie Ihr Team zu Höchstleistungen.
- Sie sind bereit für eine Montagetätigkeit im norddeutschen Raum, wobei wir die Unterkunft für Sie organisieren.
- Ihre sehr guten Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.
