Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst den gesamten Vertriebsprozess im Innendienst – von der Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen über die Angebotserstellung bis zur finalen Auftragserfassung in MS Dynamics Navision
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson betreust Du unsere Bestandskunden im In- und Ausland und agierst als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen dem Außendienst und unseren internen Fachabteilungen
- Du übernimmst die komplette Vertriebsadministration, organisierst den Musterversand und pflegst alle relevanten Kundendaten und Dokumente sorgfältig
- Du koordinierst die Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kundenbesuchen, internen Präsentationen sowie Messen und sorgst so für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im gesamten Team

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen, z. B. als Industriekaufmann/-frau oder im Groß- und Außenhandel
- Idealerweise bringst du erste Berufserfahrung in der Vertriebsassistenz mit und bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office. Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen wie MS-Dynamics sind ein Plus
- Mit deinem Organisationstalent arbeitest du strukturiert, denkst vorausschauend und behältst auch bei vielen Themen den Überblick
- Als kommunikativer und engagierter Teamplayer fällt dir die Abstimmung mit Kunden und internen Abteilungen leicht
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1) und kannst dich auch auf Englisch gut verständigen (B2)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
