Was Dich erwartet?
- Du übernimmst die aktive Neukundengewinnung im Außendienst, von der Marktanalyse bis zum Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen in der Lebensmittel- und Getränkeindustrie.
- Als technischer Experte berätst du deine Kunden bedarfsgerecht zu unseren Maschinen und Anlagen und begleitest sie von der ersten Anfrage bis zur erfolgreichen Projektrealisierung.
- Du erstellst passgenaue Angebote, führst eigenständig Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen und bringst Abschlüsse souverän zum Erfolg.
- Du arbeitest als zentrale Schnittstelle eng mit unseren internen Abteilungen wie Entwicklung, Projektierung und Technik zusammen, um optimale Kundenlösungen zu gewährleisten.
- Du repräsentierst unser Unternehmen bei Kunden vor Ort sowie auf nationalen Fachmessen und baust so dein berufliches Netzwerk kontinuierlich aus.

Was Du mitbringen solltest?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung und bringst idealerweise erste Kenntnisse im Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau mit, vorzugsweise aus der Lebensmittel- oder Getränkeindustrie.
- Du konntest bereits Berufserfahrung in der Kundenakquise und -betreuung sammeln, am besten in einer vergleichbaren technischen Branche.
- Mit deinem Verhandlungsgeschick, deinem kaufmännischen Verständnis und deiner ausgeprägten Kundenorientierung fühlst du dich im Vertrieb zu Hause.
- Als Außendienst-Talent bist du gerne unterwegs, bringst die dafür nötige Reisebereitschaft (inkl. gelegentlicher Übernachtungen) und einen Führerschein der Klasse B mit.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1) und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse (B2), um dich auch mit internationalen Kontakten auszutauschen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
