Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen professionelle Hörtests durch und beraten Ihre Kund:innen individuell zu modernen Hörsystemen, passendem Zubehör und Gehörschutz.
- Sie übernehmen die präzise Anpassung und Feinjustierung der Hörgeräte, um ein optimales Hörerlebnis sicherzustellen.
- Sie sind für die langfristige Betreuung Ihrer Kund:innen verantwortlich und führen eigenständig Service-, Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten durch.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team pflegen und verwalten Sie die Kundendaten sorgfältig in unserem System.
- Mit Ihrer Expertise und Empathie begleiten Sie Menschen aktiv auf ihrem Weg zu mehr Lebensqualität durch besseres Hören.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Hörakustiker:in oder Hörakustikmeister:in
- Ihre Stärke liegt in der individuellen und einfühlsamen Beratung von Kund:innen, wobei Sie stets serviceorientiert handeln.
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig sowie strukturiert und bringen sich als zuverlässiges Mitglied gerne ins Team ein.
- Ihr Interesse für moderne Hörakustik und innovative Hörsysteme treibt Sie an, immer auf dem neuesten Stand zu bleiben.
- Idealerweise bringen Sie erste praktische Erfahrung in der Anpassung von Hörgeräten oder im Gehörschutz mit.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch, um eine reibungslose Kundenberatung zu gewährleisten.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
