- Wir nutzen Microsoft Dynamics 365 als CRM System. Im Tandem mit einem CRM-Consultant bist du intern für die Weiterentwicklung des Systems zuständig.
- In Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Nutzergruppen und unserem externen Dienstleister erwarten dich vielfältige Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten, um die Bedürfnisse der Benutzer und unsere Geschäftsprozesse bestmöglich in der Software umzusetzen.
- Du implementierst Dynamics 365 (CRM) Lösungen, erweiterst Dynamics 365 Standard Module und entwickelst Schnittstellen zu anderen Applikationen.
- Dich erwartet ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet mit den Schwerpunkten Entwicklung und Testmanagement neuer oder bestehender Dynamics 365 Anwendungen im CRM-Bereich.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Customer Service und kennst dich gut mit Power Plattform (Dataverse, Model Driven Apps, Power Apps, Power Automate) aus.
- Zudem verfügst du über gute Kenntnisse in C# Programmierung, fühlst dich im .NET Framework wohl und kannst gut mit Javascript umgehen.
- Für unsere Middleware verfügst du über ein solides Verständnis von Integrationsarchitekturen und API-/Webhooks und hast Erfahrung mit iPaaS-Plattformen gesammelt.
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung mit Azure DevOps oder vergleichbaren CI/CD-Prozessen.
- Persönlich zeichnest du dich durch Proaktivität, eine hohe Lernbereitschaft und einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch aus.
- Du verfügst über gute analytische Fähigkeiten, denkst Nutzerorientiert und hast Spaß am agilen Arbeiten im Team.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
