Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst unsere Web-Plattform aktiv weiter und gestaltest mit React und TypeScript moderne Frontends (PWA/SPA) sowie das dazugehörige Backend auf Basis von NodeJS und MongoDB.
- In enger Abstimmung mit unserem externen Dienstleister und dem UX-Team konzipierst und implementierst du eigenständig neue Features über den gesamten Tech-Stack hinweg.
- Du sicherst die Code-Qualität durch Clean Code-Prinzipien, Code Reviews und implementierst Unit-, Integrations- sowie E2E-Tests, um die Stabilität unserer Anwendungen zu gewährleisten.
- Du begleitest den gesamten agilen Entwicklungsprozess von der Idee über die Implementierung bis hin zum Roll-Out und bringst dich aktiv in unsere DevOps-Kultur ein.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrung in der Webentwicklung mit, idealerweise mit Technologien wie React, TypeScript, HTML und CSS.
- Im Backend hast du bereits mit NodeJS und Datenbanken wie MongoDB gearbeitet und kennst dich mit REST-APIs aus.
- Qualität ist dir wichtig, daher hast du ein gutes Verständnis für Testing-Methoden (Unit, Integration, E2E) und Clean Code.
- Du hast Freude an agiler, kollaborativer Teamarbeit (Stichwort: DevOps) und bist neugierig auf neue Technologien.
- Für die reibungslose Kommunikation im Team und mit Partnern sprichst du fließend Deutsch und Englisch.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
