Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst die Grundlagen und Planungsanforderungen unserer Projekte
- Du erarbeitest Planungskonzepte bis zur Ausführungsreife und betrachtest alternative Lösungsmöglichkeiten im Rahmen des aktuellen Standes der Technik unter Beachtung der einschlägigen Normen und Vorschriften
- Du stellst Anlagenschemata auf und erstellst die zeichnerische Darstellung von Planungskonzepten
- Du erstellst Berechnungen und Bemessungen der geplanten technischen Anlagen und stellst die Herstellungskosten auf
- Du erstellst Leistungsverzeichnisse und Ausschreibungen und wirkst bei der Auftragserteilung an die ausführenden Firmen mit, ggf. führst du Bietergespräche
- Du stimmst dich mit Auftraggebenden, Architekt:innen, Behörden, öffentlichen Versorgern und anderen Projektbeteiligten ab und überwachst die Ausführung auf der Baustelle in Übereinstimmung mit der geplanten bzw. ausgeschriebenen Leistung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informations- und Kommunikationstechnik, Verfahrenstechnik, Elektrotechnik oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Techniker:in oder über vergleichbare Qualifikationen
- Du kannst Berufserfahrung in der Planung von elektrotechnischen sowie informations- und kommunikationstechnischen Anlagen nach den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 der HOAI vorweisen, insbesondere in Brandmeldeanlagen, Beschallungsanlagen, Türsprechanlagen, Zutrittskontrollanlagen und Datentechnik
- Mit deiner proaktiven Art und deinem analytischen Denkvermögen findest du dich schnell in komplexe Themen ein und arbeitest gerne im Team an gemeinsamen Lösungen.
- Im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen bist du routiniert.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Projekt und mit Kunden sprichst du fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
