Was erwartet dich?
- Du sicherst die Qualität unseres Betons, indem Du eigenverantwortlich Erst-, Frisch- und Festbetonprüfungen durchführst.
- Als Teil der Annahmeprüfung besuchst Du regelmäßig unsere Baustellen (ÜK2), kontrollierst die Betonqualität vor Ort und berätst den Auftraggeber.
- Auf der Baustelle bist Du die zentrale Schnittstelle: Du berätst unsere Kunden sowie die Bauleitung bei allen betontechnologischen Fragen und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe.
- Werkseigene Produktionskontrolle in Transportbetonwerken werden von Dir durchgeführt.
- Deine Prüfergebnisse und Beobachtungen dokumentierst Du sorgfältig mit MS-Office und erstellst aussagekräftige Berichte für das Qualitätsmanagement.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Baustoffprüfer (m/w/d)
- Alternativ kommst Du aus einem artverwandten Beruf (z. B. Bauhandwerk, Betonbau, Labor) und wir geben dir gerne die Chance, dich über Jahre hinweg sukzessive in dieses Spezialgebiet einzuarbeiten.
- Du bringst idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Bauhandwerk mit
- Du bist gerne draußen und Arbeit bei Wind und Wetter auf der Baustelle macht dir nichts aus.
- Du bist flexibel für den Bau und ein früher Start sind für dich kein Problem.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, hast ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und den nötigen Teamgeist.
- Du hast gute Deutschkenntisse (mindestens C1 Niveau)
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B, der zwingend erforderlich ist für die Fahrten zu den Werken/Baustellen, und bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
