Was erwartet dich?
- Du fertigst maßgeschneiderte Planen nach Zeichnung und Kundenwunsch an
- Du erfüllst Kundenwünsche, die von LKW-Planen über Bootsverdecke bis zu Terrassenplanen und Sonnensegeln reichen
- Du führst Reparaturen und Wartungsarbeiten an bestehenden Planen durch
- Du wählst geeignete Materialien und Stoffe für unterschiedliche Anforderungen aus
- Du arbeitest an Nähmaschinen und führst PVC-Schweißarbeiten (Heißluft und HF-Schweißen) aus
- Du montierst die gefertigten Produkte in der Werkstatt oder beim Kunden vor Ort

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Technische:r Konfektionär:in, Sattler:in oder eine vergleichbare handwerkliche Qualifikation.
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits 2-3 Jahre relevante Erfahrung in der Verarbeitung von Planen, im PVC-Schweißen oder an Industrienähmaschinen mit.
- Du hast ein Auge fürs Detail und einen hohen Anspruch an die Qualität deiner Arbeit – vom Zuschnitt bis zur finalen Montage.
- Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig, kannst technische Zeichnungen lesen und findest für jeden Kundenwunsch eine passende Lösung.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um dich sicher mit Kunden und im Team abzustimmen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
