Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen individuelle und typgerechte Beratungsgespräche zur Auswahl der passenden Brillenfassungen und Gläser.
- Sie ermitteln die Sehbedürfnisse Ihrer Kund:innen und finden unter Berücksichtigung optischer sowie anatomischer Aspekte die optimale Sehlösung.
- Sie übernehmen den aktiven Verkauf von Brillen, Sonnenbrillen sowie Zubehör und sorgen für ein positives Einkaufserlebnis.
- Sie sind für die fachgerechte Anfertigung und Anpassung von Brillen verantwortlich und führen die Endkontrolle sowie die Abgabe an die Kund:innen durch.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Augenoptiker (m/w/d).
- Sie bringen fundierte Kenntnisse in der Brillenfertigung, -anpassung und der fachkundigen Kundenberatung mit, wir freuen uns auch über Berufsanfänger.
- Mit Ihrem sicheren Gespür für aktuelle Brillentrends und typgerechtes Styling überzeugen Sie im Verkaufsgespräch.
- Erfahrung in der Anpassung von Kontaktlinsen ist ein Pluspunkt, aber keine Voraussetzung.
- Für den professionellen Austausch mit Kund:innen und im Team kommunizieren Sie fließend auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
