Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die erste telefonische Anlaufstelle für unsere B2B-Kunden, identifizierst deren Bedarfe und schaffst so die Basis für eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit.
- Du unterstützt unser Vertriebsteam aktiv, indem du qualifizierte Termine für Beratungsgespräche und Produktpräsentationen vereinbarst.
- Du pflegst und aktualisierst sorgfältig alle Kundeninformationen sowie Vertriebsaktivitäten in unserem CRM-System und sicherst so eine hohe Datenqualität.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam wirkst du bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Vertriebsprozessen mit und trägst so zum gemeinsamen Erfolg bei.

- Du bringst erste Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung oder Assistenz mit und hast bereits mit einem CRM-System gearbeitet.
- Mit deiner kommunikativen und serviceorientierten Art fällt es dir leicht, am Telefon eine gute Beziehung zu Geschäftskund:innen aufzubauen.
- Als echtes Organisationstalent unterstützt du dein Vertriebsteam zuverlässig und behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits erste Berührungspunkte mit dem B2B-Vertrieb – falls nicht, lernen wir dich gerne an.
- Du kommunizierst sicher und fließend auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (C1-Niveau).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
