Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst eigenständig Fehlerdiagnosen an Fahrzeugen der Marken Opel, Ford und Nissan durch und setzt dabei moderne Diagnosetechnik ein.
- Basierend auf deinen Analyseergebnissen identifizierst du Störungen und leitest die notwendigen Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten ein.
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Serviceberater:innen zusammen, um den Kund:innen die technischen Sachverhalte verständlich zu erklären.
- Du dokumentierst deine Arbeitsschritte sorgfältig in unseren Systemen und stellst so die hohe Qualität unserer Serviceleistungen sicher.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kfz-Mechatroniker:in oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.
- Deine Leidenschaft gilt der Fahrzeugtechnik und du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit modernen Diagnosesystemen.
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig, denkst lösungsorientiert und behältst auch bei kniffligen Fällen einen kühlen Kopf.
- Ein Führerschein der Klasse B ist für diese Position erforderlich.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um dich sicher mit Kund:innen und im Team auszutauschen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
