- Du steuerst die tägliche Werkstattplanung, teilst die Aufträge im Team ein und stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher.
- Als fachlicher Anker für dein Team führst du anspruchsvolle Fehlerdiagnosen durch und verantwortest die Endabnahme der Fahrzeuge.
- Du berätst unsere Kunden kompetent zu Reparaturen, erstellst Kostenvoranschläge und sorgst für höchste Servicequalität.
- Du förderst aktiv die Weiterentwicklung deiner Teammitglieder und gibst dein Fachwissen, insbesondere an unsere Auszubildenden, weiter.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist Kfz-Meister:in und bringst eine entsprechende abgeschlossene Weiterbildung mit.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits erste Erfahrung in der Führung oder Anleitung eines Werkstatt-Teams gesammelt.
- Deine hohe technische Kompetenz und dein ausgeprägter Sinn für Qualität zeichnen deine Arbeit aus.
- Als kommunikative und organisationsstarke Persönlichkeit motivierst du dein Team und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mindestens C1), um eine reibungslose Kommunikation im Team und mit Kunden zu gewährleisten.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
