Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und steuerst ein Konzept zur Neustrukturierung unserer Kalkulationsabteilung
- Du wählst und implementierst zukunftsweisende Programme (CAD, BIM, KI-gestützte Tools) für die Kalkulation
- Du definierst und etablierst Schnittstellen zwischen den neuen Software-Instanzen
- Du richtest die Programme für verschiedene Bauaufgaben (Roh-, SF-Bau) optimal ein
- Du schulst und führst dein Team in den neuen Kalkulationsmethoden und Tools ein
- Du analysierst, kalkulierst und optimierst Prozesse von der Angebotsanfrage bis zur Auftragsauswertung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bauwesen und bringst erste Berufserfahrung in der Baubranche mit.
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in BIM und hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrung in der Baukalkulation gesammelt.
- Im Umgang mit gängiger CAD-Software und MS Office bist du routiniert.
- Als kommunikationsstarkes Organisationstalent überzeugst du mit Verhandlungsgeschick und einer selbstständigen Arbeitsweise.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
