Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest den stabilen Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unserer heterogenen Serverlandschaft mit klarem Fokus auf Linux- und Windows-Systeme.
- Du konzipierst und administrierst unsere Netzwerkinfrastruktur, sicherst sie mittels moderner Firewalls ab und sorgst für eine reibungslose Konnektivität.
- Eigenverantwortlich treibst Du IT-Projekte von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung voran, um unsere Systemlandschaft kontinuierlich zu modernisieren.
- Als erfahrener Ansprechpartner und Mentor gibst Du Dein Wissen aktiv an Deine Teamkolleg:innen weiter und unterstützt sie bei komplexen technischen Herausforderungen.
- Du stellst die Systemverfügbarkeit durch proaktives Monitoring sicher und übernimmst im Wechsel mit dem Team die Rufbereitschaft, um für Stabilität zu sorgen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder bringst durch mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung vergleichbare Kenntnisse in der Systemadministration mit.
- Du fühlst dich in der Administration von Linux- und Windows-Serverumgebungen zu Hause und hast fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerktechnik (Firewalls, VPN).
- Du begeisterst dich für Open-Source-Technologien und hast idealerweise bereits praktische Erfahrung damit gesammelt.
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, denkst lösungsorientiert und teilst dein Wissen gerne als Mentor:in mit deinen Kolleg:innen.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau), um dich im Team und mit Kunden klar auszutauschen.
- Flexibilität für gelegentliche Einsätze im Rufbereitschaftsdienst, die du auch remote wahrnehmen kannst, ist für dich selbstverständlich.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
