Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Gestaltung der Prozesse im Geschäftsbereich Direktvermarktung - von Marktkommunikation bis Abrechnung
- Du bist zuständig für die termingerechte Erstellung und Übermittlung von Fahrplänen sowie die fristgerechte Abwicklung der Marktprozesse (MaKo) nach GPKE/MPES
- Du koordinierst die technische Anbindung von Anlagen (Fernsteuerbarkeit) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit IT, Energy Operations und Netzbetreibern
- Du entwickelst im Team Vermarktungsstrategien für EE-Anlagen und sorgst für die Optimierung der Erlöse an Spot- und Intraday-Märkten
- Du überwachst die regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen (EEG, EnWG) und stellst die rechtskonforme Umsetzung aller Meldepflichten sicher
- Du steuerst externe sowie interne Dienstleister wie den Bilanzkreismanager, IT-Provider und Messstellenbetreiber und verhandelst Verträge

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du kannst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Direktvermarktung, im Portfoliomanagement oder in einer vergleichbaren energiewirtschaftlichen Abwicklung vorweisen
- Du hast tiefgehende Kenntnisse des Energiemarkts sowie der Marktrollen und Kommunikations- und Abwicklungsprozesse
- Du bist absolut sicher im Umgang mit dem EEG sowie den aktuellen Festlegungen der Bundesnetzagentur
- Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für die Preisbildung an Strombörsen und die wirtschaftliche Bewertung von EE-Profilen
- Du bringst eine „Hands-on“-Mentalität für den Aufbau neuer Strukturen mit und arbeitest eigenverantwortlich sowie lösungsorientiert
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, komplexe energiewirtschaftliche Sachverhalte internen Stakeholdern sowie externen Partner:innen präzise zu vermitteln

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
