Was erwartet dich?
- Als strategischer Partner für die Geschäftsführung leitest du die HR-Funktion in Deutschland und gestaltest aktiv die Personalstrategie sowie organisatorische Veränderungsprozesse mit
- Du verantwortest den gesamten Employee Lifecycle – vom Recruiting über die Betreuung bis zum Offboarding – und bist zentrale Anlaufstelle für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte
- Du arbeitest vertrauensvoll mit dem Betriebsrat zusammen, verhandelst Betriebsvereinbarungen und agierst als Schnittstelle zu allen wichtigen internen und externen Stakeholdern
- In enger Abstimmung mit dem globalen HR-Team stellst du die lokale Umsetzung internationaler HR-Initiativen sicher und bringst deine Expertise in übergreifende Projekte ein
- Du förderst eine positive Unternehmenskultur, begleitest die Talententwicklung und stellst durch den Einsatz von HR-Systemen aussagekräftige Reportings sowie die Einhaltung des Arbeitsrechts sicher

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung als HR Business Partner oder in einer vergleichbaren HR-Führungsposition mit und bewegst dich sicher auf strategischer sowie operativer Ebene
- Du besitzt fundierte, praxiserprobte Kenntnisse im deutschen Arbeitsrecht und hast bereits vertrauensvoll mit Betriebsräten zusammengearbeitet
- Veränderungsprozesse und das Management verschiedener Stakeholder, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld, sind für dich vertrautes Terrain
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist datengestützt und pragmatisch, du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen HR-Systemen
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch sowie Englisch und bringst die Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Reisen mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
