Was erwartet dich?
- Von der Anmeldung bis zur Abrechnung analysierst und optimierst du unsere operativen Kernprozesse. Dabei entwickelst du skalierbare Abläufe, definierst aussagekräftige KPIs und schaffst mit Dashboards die Grundlage für datenbasierte Entscheidungen
- Mit einem Blick für unnötige Umwege und wiederkehrende Aufgaben identifizierst du Verbesserungspotenziale im Tagesgeschäft und setzt erste Automatisierungen mit Tools wie Make, Zapier oder n8n pragmatisch um
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren IT- und Product-Teams prüfst du neue Lösungen im Live-Betrieb, erkennst die Grenzen von No-Code-Ansätzen und überführst erfolgreiche Workflows in nachhaltige technische Anforderungen
- Von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Einführung begleitest du deine Initiativen eigenverantwortlich, stimmst dich mit den Fachbereichen ab und sorgst dafür, dass neue Prozesse langfristig im Unternehmen verankert werden

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast bereits mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Operations, Prozessmanagement oder Operational Excellence gesammelt – idealerweise in einem Startup, Scale-up oder einer technologiegetriebenen Beratung
- Du denkst gerne über Prozesse nach, packst aber genauso gerne selbst mit an. Neue Ideen probierst du pragmatisch aus, verlierst dabei jedoch nie den Blick für Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit
- Du gehst komplexe Fragestellungen strukturiert an, erkennst Zusammenhänge schnell und triffst Entscheidungen auf Basis von Daten statt Bauchgefühl

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
