Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie konzipieren und entwickeln anspruchsvolle technische Lösungen sowie Sonderkonstruktionen im Bereich der Gas- und Wärmepumpentechnologie.
- Als zentrale:r technische:r Ansprechpartner:in beraten Sie unsere Kund:innen sowie interne Fachabteilungen und verantworten den 3rd-Level-Support.
- Sie verantworten die Konzeption und Durchführung von Produktschulungen für unsere Servicetechniker:innen und führen bei Bedarf Einweisungen direkt auf den Baustellen durch.
- Sie steuern die technische Abwicklung von Service- und Projektaufträgen, einschließlich der Koordination von Auslandslieferungen und der Zollabwicklung.
- Sie erstellen aussagekräftige technische Dokumentationen sowie Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen mit MS Excel und übernehmen die Programmierung von Regelungssystemen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene technische Meister-Ausbildung (z. B. als Anlagenmechaniker:in SHK, Kältetechnik oder ähnliches), oder ein Ingenieurstudium im Bereich Gas oder Wärmepumpen.
- Sie bringen obendrauf mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mit, idealerweise im technischen Support oder in der Produktentwicklung.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert und Sie sind ein echtes Organisationstalent, das auch in komplexen Situationen den Überblick behält.
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere mit Excel.
- Sie besitzen einen PKW-Führerschein, sind reisefreudig im Umkreis von 50 km und kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch.
