Was erwartet dich?
- Du identifizierst, wählst aus und qualifizierst bestehende und neue Lieferanten und Hersteller
- Du stellst Anfragen bei indischen Lieferanten und Herstellern
- Du verhandelst, schließt ab und legst Einkaufskontrakte an, inklusive der Koordination der Logistik im Ursprung, in enger Abstimmung mit dem Verkauf und der Abwicklungsabteilung
- Du qualifizierst neue Lieferanten nach den Vorgaben des Qualitätsmanagements und beschaffst die qualitätsrelevante Dokumentation
- Du stellst die termingerechte Abwicklung von Einkaufskontrakten sicher
- Du kommunizierst mit Lieferanten und Herstellern via Telefon und E-Mail in indischer und englischer Sprache
- Du repräsentierst das Unternehmen auf internationalen Fachmessen der Branche

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und ggfls. eine Zusatzqualifikation
- Du bringst einen sozio-kulturellen Hintergrund aus Indien mit
- Du sprichst Hindi als Muttersprache und beherrschst Englisch und Deutsch fließend (B2/C1)
- Du hast erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Einkauf, möglichst in einem mittelständischen Unternehmen
- Du hast Erfahrungen im Einkauf von pharmazeutischen Wirkstoffen oder Nahrungsergänzungsmittelrohstoffen
- Du arbeitest strukturiert im Team und in Eigenverantwortung
- Du zeigst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Eigenmotivation
- Du hast eine offene, kommunikative Art sowie ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick
- Du verfügst über sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Du bist bereit, international zu reisen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
