Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst das selbstständige Rüsten, Einrichten und Bedienen unserer modernen CNC-Laseranlagen.
- Anhand von technischen Zeichnungen und 2D-CAD-Daten stellst Du die präzise Fertigung unserer Bauteile sicher.
- Du führst eigenverantwortlich Qualitätskontrollen durch, nutzt dafür optische Messmaschinen und gewährleistest so unsere hohen Produktstandards.
- Deine Arbeits- und Prüfergebnisse dokumentierst Du sorgfältig und trägst damit aktiv zur Nachverfolgbarkeit und Prozessoptimierung bei.
- Bei technischen Abweichungen bist Du die erste Anlaufstelle, analysierst das Problem und arbeitest eng mit der Qualitätssicherung zusammen, um Lösungen zu finden.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem technischen oder metallverarbeitenden Beruf oder bringst relevante Praxiserfahrung aus der Produktion mit.
- Du besitzt erste Grundkenntnisse in der CNC-Technik oder bist motiviert, dich schnell in dieses spannende Feld einzuarbeiten.
- Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste Erfahrungen mit einer 2D-CAD-Software sammeln – das ist aber kein Muss.
- Eine sorgfältige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein zeichnen dich aus.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team und die Dokumentation sprichst du fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
