Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die motormanuelle Holzernte und sichern durch Hiebsvorbereitung, präzises Fällen und die Sortierung des Holzes eine nachhaltige Waldbewirtschaftung.
- Sie gestalten die Zukunft des Waldes aktiv mit, indem Sie für die Aufforstung, die natürliche Waldverjüngung und die Pflege junger Baumbestände sorgen.
- In enger Abstimmung im Team setzen Sie gezielte Maßnahmen zur Förderung der Artenvielfalt um und pflegen wertvolle Biotope im Einklang mit unseren Naturschutzzielen.
- Sie gewährleisten die Sicherheit und Nutzbarkeit des Wegenetzes durch regelmäßige Instandsetzungs- und Unterhaltungsarbeiten.
- Sie führen wichtige Verkehrssicherungsmaßnahmen entlang von Wegen und Straßen durch und dokumentieren Ihre Tätigkeiten sorgfältig.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Forstwirt (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie bringen grundlegende Kenntnisse der naturgemäßen Forstwirtschaft mit und haben ein besonderes Interesse an Waldökologie und Naturschutz.
- Mit Ihrem sicheren Auftreten, Organisationstalent und Ihrer Verantwortungsbereitschaft überzeugen Sie im Arbeitsalltag.
- Sie sind team- und konfliktfähig, kommunizieren klar und haben Freude am Umgang mit Menschen.
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig sowie lösungsorientiert und besitzen eine gültige Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B – idealerweise auch der Klasse BE.
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2), um eine reibungslose Kommunikation sicherzustellen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
