Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst fachlich und disziplinarisch ein Team im Bereich Metallfassade
- Du koordinierst und steuerst selbstständig Baustellen im Bereich Metallfassade, inklusive vorgehängter, hinterlüfteter Fassaden und Unterkonstruktionen
- Du planst, kaufst Material ein, überwachst, nimmst ab und dokumentierst
- Du nimmst an Baustellenbesprechungen teil
- Du stimmst dich mit den Arbeitsfeldern Kalkulation, CAD und Faktura ab
- Du nimmst an Leitungsrunden teil und stehst im direkten Austausch mit der Betriebsleitung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Klempner/Flaschner/Spengler/Blechner, Dachdecker, Zimmerer, Fassadenbauer (m/w/d) oder in einem vergleichbaren Metallberuf
- Du hast idealerweise eine Weiterbildung zum Meister, Techniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mit
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung im Bereich vorgehängte, hinterlüftete Fassade mit
- Du besitzt Kenntnisse in der Projektleitung und im Umgang mit der VOB
- Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an technischem und wirtschaftlichem Verständnis
- Du bist verantwortungsbewusst, kundenorientiert und ein Teamplayer mit guten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten, sicherem Auftreten
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Du bist offen für Neues und hast Lust, etwas zu bewegen
- Du hast gute Deutschkenntnisse (auf mindestens C1 Niveau)
