Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie managen eigenverantwortlich die gesamte Finanzbuchhaltung – von der Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs bis zum Mahnwesen – und stellen mit gängiger Buchhaltungssoftware die Genauigkeit der Daten sicher.
- Sie bereiten Jahresabschlüsse vor, erstellen diese eigenständig und agieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zu Steuerberatern und Verbandsprüfern während der Jahresabschlussprüfung.
- Sie erstellen termingerecht Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen sowie weitere Steuererklärungen und liefern durch Ihre Reportings die entscheidende Datengrundlage für strategische Entscheidungen.
- Sie wickeln die Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhaltung zuverlässig ab und unterstützen das Team bei administrativen Personalprozessen, wie der Reisekostenabrechnung und der Aktenführung.
- Als fachliche Anlaufstelle für das Team beantworten Sie alle buchhalterischen Fragen und bringen Ihre Expertise aktiv zur Optimierung interner Finanzprozesse ein.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit, idealerweise ergänzt durch Kenntnisse in der Lohnbuchhaltung.
- Im Umgang mit MS Office und gängiger Buchhaltungssoftware sind Sie versiert.
- Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und sehr genaue Arbeitsweise sowie absolute Diskretion zeichnen Sie aus.
- Dank Ihrer Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit agieren Sie als kompetente Ansprechperson im Team.
- Ihre Deutschkenntnisse sind verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
