Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die Pflege und Qualität unserer Kundendaten in Salesforce und entwickelst unsere CRM-Prozesse sowie die Customer Journey stetig weiter.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle zum deutschen Händlernetz planst, koordinierst und kontrollierst du lokale Marketingaktivitäten und deren Budgets.
- Du konzipierst, organisierst und betreust exklusive Events für unsere Top-Kunden und stimmst dich eng mit dem Headquarter zu Kundenbindungsmaßnahmen ab.
- Du unterstützt bei der Umsetzung nationaler Kampagnen und bereitest aussagekräftige Reportings und Präsentationen für die Geschäftsführung auf.
- Du arbeitest bei bereichsübergreifenden Projekten mit und unterstützt das Team bei operativen Aufgaben wie dem Fuhrparkmanagement.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel) und hast bereits Erfahrung mit einem CRM-System, idealerweise Salesforce, gesammelt.
- Dank deiner analytischen Fähigkeiten und strukturierten Arbeitsweise findest du dich schnell in neue Themen ein und behältst stets den Überblick.
- Als kommunikationsstarkes Organisationstalent mit Hands-on-Mentalität arbeitest du gerne eigenverantwortlich und lösungsorientiert.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch sowie Englisch und bringst idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in Italienisch mit.
- Idealerweise schlägt dein Herz für die Motorradbranche und du begeisterst dich für unsere sportliche Premium-Marke.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
