Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit Zahlenverständnis, behältst auch in einem dynamischen Marktumfeld den Überblick und hast Freude daran, Lieferantenbeziehungen weiterzuentwickeln, Sortimente zu optimieren sowie Prozesse und Kennzahlen im Einkauf aktiv voranzubringen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Operative Abwicklung des Einkaufs für das gesamte Getränkesortiment (Bier, alkoholfreie Getränke, Spirituosen, Wein etc.)
- Einholung, Prüfung und Auswertung von Angeboten
- Enge Kommunikation und Korrespondenz mit Lieferanten, Speditionen und internen Fachabteilungen
- Durchführung von Ausschreibungen inklusive Angebotseinholung, -auswertung und -vergleich sowie abschließender Dokumentation.
- Unterstützung bei der Sortimentsgestaltung, Aktions- und Angebotsplanung sowie Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung im Getränkebereich
- Überwachung von Lieferterminen, Liefervolumen, Wareneingängen und Rechnungen
- Erstellung von Auswertungen, Kennzahlen und Reports zur Unterstützung des Einkaufs und der Geschäftsleitung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, zum Beispiel als Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann/-frau oder Industriekaufmann/-frau (m/w/d)
- Du hast idealerweise ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Einkauf, Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf mit, vorzugsweise im Handelsumfeld
- Du hast idealerweise Führungserfahrung
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, und hast idealerweise ERP-Kenntnisse
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und eigenständig und bist kommunikationsstark, durchsetzungsfähig sowie teamfähig
