- Du leitest und führst Bauprojekte im Straßen- und Tiefbau eigenverantwortlich durch
- Du planst das Personal sowie die Geräte- und Materialdisposition

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, bist Bautechniker (m/w/d) oder hast eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du bringst idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Straßen- und Tiefbau mit, aber auch Berufseinsteiger sind willkommen
- Du verfügst über Kostenbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Du arbeitest qualitätsorientiert und sorgfältig
- Du denkst und handelst unternehmerisch sowie lösungsorientiert
- Du bist teamfähig und kommunikationsstark
- Du hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Du bringst fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit (C1)

Der Asphaltbau und Erdbau gehören zu unseren Tätigkeitsbereichen wie der Brückenbau und Hochwasserschutz. Die Gründung des Unternehmens geht zurück auf das Jahr 1879. Tradition und solide Arbeit sind daher das Fundament unseres Handelns. Wir beschäftigen heute ca. 140 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter, die einen Jahresumsatz von fast 50 Millionen Euro erwirtschaften. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
