- Langjährige Erfahrung im Lager- oder Logistikbereich – kein formaler Bildungsabschluss erforderlich
- Erste Führungs- oder Koordinationserfahrung, idealerweise in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
- Staplerschein von Vorteil
- Belastbarkeit und Teamgeist – auch unter Termin- und Lieferdruck
- Zuverlässigkeit und klare Kommunikation gegenüber Teammitgliedern und Vorgesetzten
