Deine Aufgaben
- Du verantwortest die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung unseres Shopify-Shops, um das Kundenerlebnis und die Verkaufsperformance kontinuierlich zu steigern.
- Basierend auf der Analyse von E-Commerce-KPIs, vom Suchverhalten bis zum Abverkauf, leitest du konkrete Maßnahmen zur Optimierung von Sortiment und User-Führung ab.
- Du optimierst aktiv alle verkaufsrelevanten Shop-Mechaniken – von der Kategoriestruktur und den Produktdetailseiten über Cross-Selling-Logiken bis zur Conversion im Warenkorb.
- Du treibst die Automatisierung von Shop-Prozessen voran, indem du Potenziale für den Einsatz von KI bei Produktdaten, Auswertungen und Kategorisierungen identifizierst und umsetzt.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle arbeitest du eng mit den Teams aus Sortiment, Marketing und Logistik zusammen, um reibungslose Abläufe zwischen Shop und Warenwirtschaft zu sichern.

Dein Profil
- Du bringst mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung im operativen E-Commerce mit und verstehst tiefgreifend, wie Shop-Systeme (z. B. Shopify), Warenwirtschaft und Vertriebsprozesse zusammenspielen.
- Du hast nachweislich Erfahrung darin, Shop-Mechaniken wie Kategorien, Suche, Filter und Cross-Selling zur Steigerung von Conversion und Umsatz zu optimieren.
- Du hast ein Auge für Potenziale, um mit KI und Automatisierung wiederkehrende Shop-Prozesse effizienter zu gestalten.
- Als Teamplayer arbeitest du lieber vor Ort als im Homeoffice und bringst den Mut mit, offen und direkt Feedback zu geben.
- Du kommunizierst sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift (C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
