Im Mittelpunkt stehen Shop-Mechaniken, Produktauffindbarkeit, Kategorien, Filter, Suche, Produktdaten, Warenwirtschaft, Sortiment, Verfügbarkeit, Auswertungen, Automatisierung und Conversion.
Du erkennst, wie Kunden Produkte finden, vergleichen und kaufen - und leitest daraus konkrete Verbesserungen für Shop-Struktur, Produktdarstellung, Sortiment, Verfügbarkeit, Prozesse und Umsatz ab.
Du bist kein klassischer Marketing-E-Commerce-Manager, sondern jemand, der den kommerziellen Maschinenraum eines Online-Shops versteht und langfristig komplexe Shop-, Sortiments-, Verkaufs- und Auswertungsfragen eigenständig übernehmen kann.
Deine Aufgaben
- Du entwickelst unsere digitalen Verkaufskanäle aus operativer, analytischer und verkaufsorientierter Sicht weiter.
- Du optimierst Kategorien, Filter, Suche, Sortierung, Produktplatzierungen, Cross-Selling, Bundles und Produktdetailseiten.
- Du erkennst Schwachstellen in Shop-Struktur, Kundenführung, Produktdaten, Sortiment, Verfügbarkeit, Conversion und Verkaufslogik.
- Du sorgst dafür, dass Produkte logisch, attraktiv und verkaufsstark dargestellt werden - mit klarer Struktur, sauberen Daten und kundenorientierter Präsentation.
- Du wertest Verkaufszahlen, Margen, Lagerbestände, Abverkäufe, Suchverhalten, Produktperformance und Sortimentsentwicklungen aus.
- Du verbesserst das Zusammenspiel von Shop, Warenwirtschaft, Produktdaten, Sortiment, Marketing, Logistik und Buchhaltung.
- Du erkennst Potenziale für KI und Automatisierung, z. B. bei Produktdaten, Auswertungen, Kategorisierung, Produkttexten und wiederkehrenden Shop-Prozessen.

- Du verstehst, wie Online-Shops funktionieren und wie Shop-Mechaniken Kaufentscheidungen, Sichtbarkeit, Warenkorbgröße, Conversion und Umsatz beeinflussen.
- Du weißt, wie Kategorien, Filter, Suche, Sortierung, Produktdaten, Verfügbarkeit, Warenkorb, Cross-Selling und Bundles zusammenspielen.
- Du hast Erfahrung darin, Online-Shops nicht nur zu pflegen, sondern deren Struktur, Logik und Verkaufsmechaniken aktiv zu verbessern.
- Du verstehst den Zusammenhang zwischen Sortiment, Warenwirtschaft, Artikelstammdaten, Lagerbeständen, Margen und operativen Vertriebsprozessen.
- Du denkst wirtschaftlich: Umsatz allein reicht dir nicht - du interessierst dich auch für Marge, Warenverfügbarkeit, Bestandsqualität und Prozesswirkung.
- Du arbeitest lieber im Büro und im Team als im Homeoffice.
- Du verfügst über mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung im E-Commerce, Shop Management, E-Commerce Operations, Category Management, Sortimentsmanagement oder Einkauf.
