Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Montageplanung für unsere Baustellen im Bereich der Gebäude- und Niederspannungstechnik, von der Koordination der Nachunternehmer bis zur erfolgreichen Abnahme.
- Du stellst einen reibungslosen Projektablauf sicher, indem Du die Personal- und Materialplanung vorausschauend steuerst und stets den Überblick behältst.
- Als zentraler Ansprechpartner auf der Baustelle führst Du die Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern sowie anderen Gewerken und sorgst für klare Absprachen in Baubesprechungen.
- Du verantwortest die lückenlose Projektdokumentation – von der Erstellung von Aufmaßen und Bautageberichten über die Durchführung von DGUV V3 Messungen bis zur Vorbereitung der finalen Abrechnung.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Elektroniker (m/w/d) für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik, vorzugsweise mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein
- Du bist versiert in der Elektroinstallation von Industrieanlagen sowie in der Gebäudetechnik und kannst technische Zeichnungen sicher lesen und anpassen.
- Als Organisationstalent arbeitest du strukturiert sowie eigenverantwortlich und behältst stets den Überblick über Personal, Material und Termine.
- Du bist zuverlässig und verantwortungsbewusst
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B, um deine Baustellen vor Ort betreuen zu können.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlicher Wochenendarbeit runden dein Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
