Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Leitung der Werkstatt, koordinierst die Arbeitsabläufe und teilst die Teams für die anstehenden Möbelbau-Projekte ein
- Du überwachst den gesamten Fertigungsprozess, führst Endkontrollen durch und garantierst die Einhaltung unserer extrem hohen Qualitätsansprüche
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Materialplanung, die technische Arbeitsvorbereitung (AV) sowie die Programmierung und Bedienung moderner CNC-gestützter Maschinen
- Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Architekt:innen und Planer:innen, bildest Auszubildende aus und förderst die Weiterentwicklung des gesamten Werkstattteams

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Schreinermeister, Tischlermeister, Holztechniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Holzbereich
- Du verfügst über mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im hochwertigen Möbelbau sowie im gehobenen Innenausbau und besitzt ein tiefes Verständnis für Materialien
- Du gehst sicher mit modernen Werkstattmaschinen, CAD-Programmen und CNC-Technologie um
- Du zeichnest dich durch Durchsetzungsvermögen, Organisationsgeschick, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten aus
- Für die Abstimmung mit Kunden und im Team sprichst du fließend Deutsch

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
