Deine Aufgaben: Die Brücke zwischen Business & IT
- Du planst und entwickelst unsere Organisationsstrukturen und verantwortest deren technische Integration in die IT-Landschaft.
- Du steuerst Projekte sowie das Produktmanagement und koordinierst die Implementierung neuer Prozesse.
- Du betreust fachspezifische Anwendungen und pflegst Bankstammdaten im System agree21BAP.
- Du moderierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen externen IT-Dienstleistern und unseren internen Fachbereichen.
- Du optimierst kreditbezogene Prozesse und gestaltest deren technische Abbildung aktiv mit.
- Du absolvierst innerhalb von 2 Jahren deinen Master of Science in einem modernen Blended-Learning-Konzept.
- Du nimmst pro Semester an 3 Präsenzblöcken (insgesamt ca. 18 Tage) am attraktiven Standort Schloss Montabaur teil.
- Du nutzt die eingeräumten Freiräume während der Arbeitszeit effizient für dein Selbststudium und die Vorbereitung deiner Prüfungsleistungen.
- Du transferierst wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse aus den Vorlesungen direkt in unsere bankinternen Projekte.

Dein Profil: Analytisch, IT-affin und Finanzfokussiert
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, idealerweise in den Bereichen Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen oder einem vergleichbaren IT-nahen Studiengang.
- Du bringst bereits fundierte Kenntnisse oder erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bankwesen, Finanzdienstleistungssektor oder in der IT mit (idealerweise eine Kombination aus beidem).
- Du beherrschst die Grundlagen der Betriebswirtschaft und hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für IT-gestützte Prozesse.
- Du denkst workfloworientiert, liebst komplexe Problemstellungen und besitzt eine hohe analytische Kompetenz.
- Du zeichnest dich durch kommunikative Stärke und die Fähigkeit aus, sowohl eigenverantwortlich als auch im Team zielorientiert zu arbeiten.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
