- Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des AI-Teams sowie Förderung einer offenen, kollaborativen Arbeitskultur
- Du verantwortest die Konzeption, Architektur und Umsetzung skalierbarer, wartbarer und produktionsreifer KI-Lösungen
- Du betreust den gesamten End-to-End‑AI‑Lifecycle – von der Identifikation relevanter Use Cases über Datenaufbereitung und Modellentwicklung bis hin zu Deployment und Monitoring
- Du stellst die produktive Integration von KI-Lösungen in bestehende Systeme (z. B. ERP-, CRM- und Datenplattformen) sicher
- Du führst Code-, Modell- und Architektur-Reviews durch und dokumentierst diese
- Du verantwortest die Steuerung von Projektzeitplänen, Meilensteinen und Ergebnissen und reportest sie an die Geschäftsführung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast bereits mehrere Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Bereich AI, Machine Learning oder Data Science, idealerweise mit End-to-End-Projektverantwortung
- Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python und gängigen Machine-Learning-Frameworks (z.B. TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Du bringst ein solides Verständnis für Datenaufbereitung, Feature Engineering, Modellbewertung und Experimentdesign mit
- Du hast Erfahrung im produktiven Betrieb von KI‑Lösungen, inklusive MLOps, CI/CD, Containerisierung und Cloud‑Umgebungen
- Du kennst die Integration von KI‑Lösungen in bestehende Systemlandschaften wie APIs, Microservices und Enterprise‑Systeme
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, übernimmst Verantwortung und hast Freude daran, Teams fachlich zu führen und KI‑Lösungen erfolgreich in den Live‑Betrieb zu bringen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
