Was erwartet dich?
- Du schaffst die perfekte Grundlage: Durch Sandstrahlen, Schleifen und Spachteln bereitest du die Oberflächen unserer Bauteile professionell für die Veredelung vor.
- Im Zentrum deiner Tätigkeit verleihst du diversen Industriekomponenten durch die Pulverbeschichtung eine widerstandsfähige und makellose Oberfläche.
- Bei spezifischen Anforderungen stellst du dein Können im Nasslackieren unter Beweis und mischst hierfür eigenständig die passenden Lacke und Grundierungen an.
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für deine Arbeitsmittel und Anlagen, indem du diese sorgfältig reinigst und pflegst, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu garantieren.
- Als wichtiger Teil des Produktionsteams arbeitest du eng mit deinen Kollegen zusammen und sicherst durch deine genaue Arbeitsweise die hohe Qualität unserer Endprodukte.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industrielackierer, Verfahrensmechaniker für Beschichtungstechnik (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst bereits Erfahrung in der technischen Industrielackierung, idealerweise in der Pulverbeschichtung, mit.
- Der sichere Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen ist für dich selbstverständlich.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist sorgfältig sowie eigenständig und du arbeitest gerne zuverlässig im Team.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mindestens C1), um dich sicher im Team abzustimmen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
