Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die vollständige und korrekte Buchhaltung für die Ihnen anvertrauten Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaften und sichern so die finanzielle Transparenz.
- Sie erstellen mithilfe von MS Excel und unserer Hausverwaltungssoftware die jährlichen Hausgeldabrechnungen sowie die Wirtschaftspläne für das kommende Jahr.
- Sie bearbeiten den täglichen Zahlungsverkehr, buchen sämtliche Geschäftsvorfälle und sorgen für eine lückenlose Kontenpflege.
- Sie bereiten entscheidungsrelevante Finanzdaten und Auswertungen auf, die als Grundlage für die jährlichen Eigentümerversammlungen dienen.
- Sie sind die zentrale Ansprechperson für Eigentümer:innen, Beiräte und externe Partner in allen buchhalterischen Fragen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit, idealerweise mit Bezug zur Buchhaltung oder Immobilienwirtschaft.
- Berufserfahrung in der WEG-Buchhaltung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss – auch als engagierte:r Quereinsteiger:in mit hoher Zahlenaffinität sind Sie bei uns richtig.
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel) und haben idealerweise bereits mit einer Hausverwaltungssoftware (z. B. Domus oder WISO) gearbeitet.
- Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team zeichnen Sie aus.
- Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (C1-Niveau).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
