- Sie montieren im Team elektrische Geräte und Anlagen in Umspannwerken und leisten damit einen direkten Beitrag zur Stabilität unserer Stromnetze.
- Sie übernehmen den fachgerechten Anschluss von Hochspannungs-Primärgeräten und wirken aktiv bei deren Inbetriebnahme mit.
- Sie verlegen Leistungs- und Steuerkabel mit höchster Präzision und stellen dabei die Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsstandards sicher.
- Sie errichten eigenverantwortlich Nebenanlagen sowie Eigenbedarfsverteilungen im AC- und DC-Bereich.
- Sie setzen Ihre Aufgaben auf Basis detaillierter technischer Planunterlagen gewissenhaft und effizient um, um eine einwandfreie Funktion zu garantieren.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektriker:in, Elektroniker:in für Betriebstechnik, Energie- und Gebäudetechnik oder in einem vergleichbaren elektrotechnischen Beruf.
- Sie bringen bereits Berufserfahrung als Monteur:in im Mittel- und Hochspannungsbereich mit.
- Sie begeistern sich für die Energiewende und möchten mit einem familiären Team einen wichtigen Beitrag leisten.
- Sie besitzen die Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B und sind bereit, Ihr Talent deutschlandweit mit Fokus auf Berlin/Brandenburg einzusetzen.
- Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau), um einen reibungslosen Austausch im Team zu garantieren.
