Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie errichten und modernisieren im Team komplette Umspannwerke und stellen so die Weichen für eine stabile Energieversorgung im Nieder-, Mittel- und Hochspannungsnetz.
- Sie übernehmen den fachgerechten Anschluss von Primär- und Sekundärtechnik und begleiten aktiv die Inbetriebnahme neuer Anlagen, um deren reibungslosen Start zu sichern.
- Sie verlegen und verbinden präzise Leistungs- und Steuerkabel und schaffen damit die lebenswichtigen Adern der Energieinfrastruktur.
- Sie installieren eigenverantwortlich wichtige Nebenanlagen, wie z.B. Eigenbedarfsverteilungen (AC/DC), und sorgen für die autarke Stromversorgung der Station.
- Sie arbeiten eng mit der Bauleitung zusammen, lesen technische Pläne und setzen die Montageschritte sicher und nach höchsten Qualitätsstandards um.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektriker:in, Elektroniker:in für Betriebstechnik, Energie- und Gebäudetechnik, Industrieelektroniker:in oder Elektroanlagenmonteur:in
- Sie konnten bereits Berufserfahrung im Mittel- und Hochspannungsbereich sammeln
- Sie sind begeistert von der Energiewende und möchten mit einem familiären Team einen Beitrag leisten, was Ihre Eigenmotivation steigert
- Sie besitzen die Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B und sind bereit, Ihr Talent deutschlandweit einzusetzen, wobei Sie sich auf Berlin/Brandenburg und Sachsen fokussieren
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team und mit Partnern bringen Sie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
