Was erwartet dich?
- Mithilfe von DATEV führst Du eigenständig die monatliche Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für unsere gewerblichen und kaufmännischen Mitarbeitenden durch.
- Dabei verantwortest Du die sorgfältige Pflege und Verwaltung aller abrechnungsrelevanten Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten direkt in DATEV.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende, Krankenkassen und Behörden kümmerst Du Dich zuverlässig um das gesamte Melde- und Bescheinigungswesen.
- Du übernimmst die Prüfung sowie Abrechnung der Reisekosten und stehst Deinen Kolleg:innen bei allen Fragen dazu beratend zur Seite.
- Du wirkst aktiv bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen mit und unterstützt bei externen Prüfungen (z.B. Lohnsteuer, Sozialversicherung).
- Zusätzlich unterstützt Du das HR-Team bei administrativen Aufgaben und erstellst personalrelevante Auswertungen und Statistiken mit MS Excel.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriekaufmann/-frau oder im Büromanagement.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung mit.
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie in der Reisekostenabrechnung.
- Im Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel) und DATEV-Anwendungen bist du routiniert.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert sowie eigenständig und du kommunizierst fließend auf Deutsch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
