Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest mit deinem Kollegen die gesamte laufende Finanzbuchhaltung in SAP, von der Belegerfassung über die Kontierung bis zur Verbuchung aller Geschäftsvorfälle.
- Du bereitest die Monatsabschlüsse eigenständig vor und unterstützt bei den Jahresabschlussarbeiten in enger Abstimmung mit unserem Steuerberater.
- Du erstellst aussagekräftige Reports und betriebswirtschaftliche Auswertungen (BWA), die der Geschäftsführung als wichtige Entscheidungsgrundlage dienen.
- Du kommunizierst Finanzthemen mit Steuerberatern, Finanzbehörden und externen Partnern.
- Du übernimmst das Forderungsmanagement und stellst durch ein strukturiertes Mahnwesen die Liquidität des Unternehmens sicher.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit.
- Du hast Erfahrung mit SAP, idealerweise FI / P02.
- Du arbeitest selbständig, strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich.
- Du verfügst über sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, mindestens auf Level C1.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
