- Sie sind stellvertretender Leiter (m/w/d) der E-Werkstatt und unterstützen unseren Abteilungsleiter bei seinen Aufgaben
- Sie führen fachliche und organisatorische Abwicklung von Projektleistungen im Bereich E-Technik (Schaltschrankbau, Vorverkabelung, E-Montage) durch
- Sie übernehmen mit Ihrer fachlichen Expertise die Arbeitsvorbereitung
- Sie sind unsere Elektrofachkraft und betreuen die Auzubildenden im Bereich E-Technik
- Sie gestalten und optimieren aktiv Prozesse der E-Werkstatt und arbeiten sehr eng mit dem Leiter der Abteilung zusammen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Mechatroniker (m/w/d), Elektroniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbares mit mind. 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Bereich Elektronik
- Sie haben idealerweise eine Aufstiegsweiterbildung zum Industriemeister Elektrotechnik (m/w/d) abgeschlossen oder möchten dies in der Zukunft noch angehen.
- Sie besitzen eine Schaltberechtigung 1000 V
- Sie verfügen über einen Führerschein Klasse B
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig und sorgfältig
- Sie sind bereit, Verantwortung und fachliche Führung zu übernehmen
