Du bist dabei ein wichtiger zentrale person und kannst viel Ideen einbringen und Verantwortung übernehmen. Am Ende des Praktikums hast Du alle Aspekte von einen coolen erfolgreichen Start Up sehr gut kennen gelernt.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt unser Team bei der Betreuung und dem Wachstum unserer Social-Media-Kanäle wie Instagram, TikTok und YouTube
- Du wirkst aktiv bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung unserer Influencer-Kampagnen mit, wobei dein Fokus auf der Zusammenarbeit mit Micro-Influencern liegt
- Du übernimmst die Produktion von eigenem Video-Content – von der Skripterstellung über den Dreh bis zum finalen Schnitt
- Du bringst deine Kreativität vor der Kamera ein und gestaltest aktiv unsere Reels, Shorts und Story-Formate mit
- Du lernst, den Erfolg unserer Inhalte zu analysieren und nutzt moderne Tools sowie KI-Workflows, um unsere Strategie kontinuierlich zu verbessern

- Nach der ersten Qualifizierung findet ein 30-minütiger Kennenlern-Video-Call statt.
- Anschließend folgt ein ausführlicheres Gespräch von 45 bis 60 Minuten mit Fokus auf die Aufgaben, Verantwortlichkeiten und Arbeitsprozesse.
- Im letzten Schritt treffen wir uns persönlich, um offene Fragen zu klären und die vertraglichen Rahmenbedingungen zu besprechen.
- Danach erfolgt die Vertragsunterzeichnung und der gemeinsame Start unserer Zusammenarbeit.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills. In the job search you can use the language filter to find jobs without German language requirements. It is also helpful to provide language certificates.
