Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen und bearbeiten die Finanzbuchhaltungen für einen festen Mandantenstamm und sichern so eine verlässliche Datenbasis.
- Sie wirken bei der Vorbereitung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie den dazugehörigen Steuererklärungen mit.
- Als direkte Ansprechperson stehen Sie Ihren Mandant:innen bei betriebswirtschaftlichen und steuerlichen Fragen beratend zur Seite.
- Sie bringen Ihre Ideen zur Optimierung unserer digitalen Arbeitsabläufe aktiv ein und gestalten so die Zukunft der Kanzlei mit.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Fachliche Qualifikation: Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte:r (oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Steuerwesen).
- Berufspraxis: Erfahrung in der Erstellung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung sowie in der Vorbereitung von Jahresabschlüssen.
- Mandantenbetreuung: Freude an der eigenverantwortlichen und serviceorientierten Betreuung eines eigenen Mandantenstamms.
- Digitale Affinität: Bereitschaft und Interesse am Arbeiten in einer digital gut aufgestellten Kanzlei (idealerweise erste Kenntnisse im Umgang mit modernen Programmen wie DATEV, DMS und MS-Office).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
