Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektro-, Energie- oder Automatisierungstechnik oder eine technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d).
- Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in der technischen Projektabwicklung mit – auch Berufseinsteiger:innen sind willkommen.
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus.
- Als kommunikationsstarke und teamfähige Persönlichkeit treten Sie sicher im Umgang mit Kund:innen und Projektpartner:innen auf.
- Für eine reibungslose Abstimmung im Projektalltag kommunizieren Sie verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau).
